Cancellation

You can cancel anytime: open the extension, click the ⚙️ settings icon, and choose Cancel subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If the extension doesn't work for you, email creatorlabs.internalsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of a payment and we'll refund that payment in full. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
